Team member Wil Haines, CPO

Working in the healthcare field as a Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist (CPO) for many years helped prepare Wil Haines for his consultancy work. As president of a company that provided orthotic, prosthetic, pedorthic, shoe, and durable medical equipment services, all under one roof, he has seen and been involved with the issues of these professionals first hand and on the front lines. Today, his mission is one of helping these professionals navigate the rough waters of healthcare documentation, authorization, and payment for services rendered. He is also a strong advocate for helping to bring improvements in regulation and policy areas with known deficiencies. This involves working with patients, healthcare professionals, manufacturers, government and private healthcare regulators, and the insurance companies that make up most of today’s healthcare system.
